Enrollment in SaFe Day School
Our registration for currently enrolled students will be February 20, 2024 through the 22th from 9:30 to 2:30. Enrollment papers and an $125.00 non refundable enrollment fee will be needed that day to hold your child’s spot for next year.
Open enrollment will begin promptly at 9:00on Tuesday, February 27th in the Narthex for new families to Safe Day. Enrollment papers and a $125.00 non-refundable enrollment fee will be needed that day to hold your child’s spot.
Prospective families will need to come in through the front door of the church, registration will be in the Narthex.
No spots will be held without the nonrefundable registration fee.

Enrollment Process
The following documents are needed in order for your child to attend SaFe Day:
1) Completed and signed enrollment forms, including current emergency contact information.
2) Completed and signed medical release form
3) Signed Health Policy form
4) Proof of current immunizations, or a doctor approved modified vaccination schedule.
Ages Served
We offer classes for children from 12 months of age through pre-kindergarten. All children are placed in groups according to their chronological and/or developmental age so that each child attends a class that is developmentally appropriate for the child. Adjustments in placement may be made at the director’s discretion.
Students that are three years old, will attend a minimum of two days a week, and be potty trained.
School Year Calendar
Santa Fe Day School operates from September through May as the Edmond Public Schools, observing the same holidays and breaks. A summer session is also offered in the month of June.
Santa Fe Day School will operate as usual in the event of EPS closing due to non-weather related circumstances.

Tuition for SaFe Day School
$125.00 Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee is due at the time of enrollment
Three Days a Week
- Tuition for three days a week is $285 per month and is discounted for siblings at a rate of $270 per month.
Two Days a Week
- Tuition for two days a week (T/Th) is $225 per month with is discounted for siblings at a rate of $210 per month.
One Day a Week
- Tuition for one day a week (Wednesday) is $120 per month. There is no sibling discount at this rate.
Four dollars of the enrollment fee goes towards a medical insurance policy for your child. There are no discounts on the enrollment fee for multiple members of the same family.
Tuition for the first and last month of the regular school term is due the first week upon starting school. Tuition is due the first full week of each month.
You are paying for your child’s reserved space in the school, not your child’s actual attendance. Illness, vacations, and occasional absences are not subject to adjustments in tuition. A $25 late fee will be added weekly for tuition payments received after the due date. A $20 fee will be charged for any returned check. Anyone that has more than two returned checks in a school term will be asked to pay in cash the remainder of the school term. Failure to pay tuition in a timely manner may also result in a loss of your child’s space in the class.
Parents need to keep cancelled checks or receipts for income tax purposes.
