Enrollment in SaFe Day
We are excited that the open enrollment for the community will begin promptly at 9:00on Tuesday, February 24, 2026. Enrollment papers and a $150.00 non-refundable enrollment fee will be needed that day to hold your child’s spot. No spots will be held without the non-refundable registration fee.

Enrollment Process
The following items are needed in order for your child to attend SaFe Day:
1) Completed and signed enrollment forms,
2) A $150 non-refundable deposit,
3) Proof of current immunizations, or a doctor approved modified vaccination schedule. These are due on or before the first day of class.
Ages Served
We offer classes for children from 12 months of age (at the start of the school year) through pre-kindergarten. All children are placed in groups according to their chronological and/or developmental age so that each child attends a class that is developmentally appropriate for the child. Adjustments in placement may be made at the director’s discretion.
Students that are three years old and older, will attend a minimum of two days a week. These children must be potty trained.
School Year Calendar
SaFe Day operates from September through May as the Edmond Public Schools (EPS), observing the same holidays and breaks. A summer session is often offered in the month of June to current students.
SaFe Day will operate as usual in the event of EPS closing due to non-weather related circumstances.
Withdrawal
Should it become necessary for you to withdraw your child from SaFe Day, a two-week written notice is required if you want to be reimbursed for any amounts paid in advance. Should two-weeks’ notice not be provided, no refund will be issued. Any extenuating circumstances may be discussed with the director.

2026-2027 Tuition for SaFe Day
$150.00 Non-Refundable Enrollment Fee is due at the time of enrollment.
Occasional special meal days (Pizza Days and Sonic Days) are included at no additional charge.
Three Days a Week
- Tuition for three days a week (T/W/Th) is $300 per month. The second sibling is eligible for a discounted rate of $285 per month.
Two Days a Week
- Tuition for two days a week (T/Th) is $250 per month. The second sibling is eligible for a discounted rate of $235 per month.
Tuition for the first and last month of the regular school term is due the first week of school. Tuition is due on the first Thursday of each month. A $25 late fee will be added for tuition payments received after the due date.
You are paying for your child’s reserved space in the school, not your child’s actual attendance. Illness, vacations, and occasional absences are not subject to adjustments in tuition. A $20 fee will be charged for any returned check. Anyone that has more than two returned checks in a school term will be asked to pay in cash the remainder of the school term. Failure to pay tuition in a timely manner may also result in a loss of your child’s space in the class.
Please note that four dollars of the enrollment fee goes towards a medical insurance policy for your child. There are no discounts on the enrollment fee for multiple members of the same family.
